Development Project Engineer/Manager
An exciting opportunity for a self motivated engineer/manager to shape the development of an emerging wave power technology.
The successful candidate will become a leader in our technical development team and shape the technical solutions adopted for our systems through:
Implementing and managing development engineering projects and test programmes.
Working closely with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure that project objectives are met at a technical, and project control level.
Acting as a multi-discipline systems engineer to coordinate the integration of designs.
Requirements
The role will suit candidates with experience in the management or execution of multidiscipline projects. Experience in a related technology, including renewables, energy or offshore technologies would be a strong plus.
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong engineering or technical degree and an eclectic interest in technology and its context.
- Robust IT skills, with the ability to use commercial and bespoke software.
- Skills to communicate with key project stake holders and produce clear reports.

Remuneration: Negotiable
Location: The company is based in Southampton but has relationships with consultants, contractors and Universities across the South and South West Regions.
